We would like to emphasize that none of the third-party companies and individuals ("Service Providers") we engage with include content such as your MirageGPT chat conversations, created knowledge bases, uploaded documents, uploaded photos, or generated photos from our Service. Your conversations and uploads remain strictly confidential and are not shared with any third-party services.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. These tools allow us to better understand our users, tailor our offerings, and enhance user experiences.

  • Google Analytics 4: We utilize Google Analytics 4 to collect and evaluate information about the usage of our Service. The data collected include various user interactions and behaviors, such as pageviews, referrer domains, and tracking performance of our (Google) Ad campaigns. This information helps us improve our Service by understanding patterns, trends, and user needs. Data collected from EU-based devices (based on IP-geo lookup) is processed through domains and on servers based in the EU, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations. Importantly, Google Analytics 4 does not collect or process any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or other similar data.

Support

We may provide support within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for customer communcation and support.

  • Crisp Chat: Crisp Chat serves as our primary tool for customer communication and support. It allows us to interact directly with our users, answer their queries, and gather feedback to improve our Service. Crisp Chat tracks user interactions, such as pageviews, with the sole purpose of enabling us to provide better support. User data is securely stored in Europe, with the Crisp core infrastructure hosted in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and the Crisp plugin infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. We do not transfer user data outside of the EU, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

  • Stripe Technology Europe: We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects payment information, including your name, credit card information, and billing address. We use this information to process your payments and prevent fraud. Please note, we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
